Deletion of personal data is carried out through a chat with customer support.
You can contact support in one of the following ways:
Option 1: Through the Tonhub app
Open the “Settings” section.
Go to the “Support” section.
Create a chat with customer support and state that you want to delete your personal data.
Option 2: Through the Help Center page
Open the Help Center page.
Find the customer support chat in the lower-left corner of the page.
Open the chat and contact customer support, stating that you want to delete your personal data.
After submitting the request, wait for a response from a support specialist and follow further instructions.
