There are several methods to top up your USDC card account. Initially you need to choose the button “Deposit”.
Now choose an account you want to top up.
Next step - choose top up method, that you need.
Top up from crypto exchange
If you want to top up your card from your crypto exchange account, click on the “From an exchange” button. Now select an exchange from the list and follow the instructions.
This method is suitable for Binance, OKX, Bitget or Gate exchanges. At the moment, top-up is only available in Solana network.
Direct deposit
If you have USDC on another wallet (not TonHub) or exchange not in the list you can choose an option "Deposit by details" and simply copy your USDC card account address in the Solana network for top up.
Note: both these methods are not suitable for Bybit and MEXC exchanges. Read below to learn how to top up your card from these exchanges.
Top up from TonHub wallet
This method will be useful for you if you do not have USDC in the Solana network or you want to make a deposit from the Bybit or MEXC exchanges. You need to choose the deposit method "My savings account" in the TonHub wallet.
Select "My Savings Account", and it will show the available balance in the savings account — $5. Enter the desired amount and click Deposit. If you don't have enough USDC on your savings account please see below paragraph "How to top up TonHub wallet USDC balance" (also essential to check for Bybit/MEXC top up).
The app on the next screen shows you how much SOL is required for gas to top up the card - "Network fee". For this method to work, you must have gas to pay for the operation - SOL cryptocurrency on your wallet account.
Otherwise, you will see a message that you don't have enough SOL.
In this case you need to top up your SOL account in TonHub wallet on your own. If you need help, please write a request in the customer support.
How to top up TonHub wallet USDC balance?
Choose your TonHub wallet USDC account.
Click on the “Receive” button.
If you need to make a USDC transfer from the Bybit or MEXC exchange, simply send the transaction to this address. This method works only for USDC top ups from Solana network.
If you do not have USDC, then select the replenishment method - “Deposit from another wallet”. Then select the option - Changelly and choose a cryptocurrency for exchange request.
Select the cryptocurrency you want to receive - USDC.
Now specify the amount of the deposit and click on the “Continue” button.
After that, an exchange application will be created and you need to make a transaction to finish it.
