Can I receive the transfer on my card?

No, currently only the sending option is available.

What should I do if I made a mistake in the payment details?

In case of an error, we recommend contacting our support team, and we will do our best to assist you.

What if the funds haven’t been credited to the recipient?

Please note that crediting funds may take up to 3 business days. If more than 3 business days have passed since the transfer, reach out to us, and we will investigate the issue.
